Monthly cost on annual billing, before GST. Payroll for the other stacks uses greytHR (free to 25 employees, then ₹2,495 for 50 plus ₹45 each). Billing uses Zoho Books Standard (₹749) or a Vyapar-class app (about ₹291 a month). Published list prices, October 2026. Features differ: TeleCRM has a dialer and call recording, while NeutronX logs calls made on the telecaller's own phone.
The fine print, in plain words
Founding offer: fair-use terms
- One free period per business, checked by GSTIN, PAN or business email domain.
- During the free period: up to 10 users and 100 payroll employees, with your plan's monthly AI allowance. Your data is never deleted, and anything over Free limits turns read-only afterwards.
- API and webhooks are rate-limited. Click-to-chat and the WhatsApp Assistant are included; WhatsApp Business API messages are not.
- Support: the in-app Help Center plus email or chat within one business day. Phone support is paid.
- We may suspend accounts used for spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, resale or anything illegal. Free days have no cash value and unused days do not carry over.
- Founding prices are annual only, apply to the first 12 months, and are open to the first 200 paying businesses or until 31 March 2027, whichever comes first.

Pricing questions
Is GST included in the prices?
Prices are shown without GST and software is charged 18% GST. Use the "with GST" switch on the pricing page to see the full amount you will pay.
What about AI costs? Is it really included?
Every plan includes a monthly allowance of Sidekick questions and AI tasks (20 and 100 on Free, 200 and 500 on Starter, 600 and 1,500 on Growth). If you use more, an AI pack of 150 questions and 300 tasks is ₹299. We do not offer unlimited AI so the price stays low for everyone.
What counts as a user?
A person who logs in to work in the app: sales, telecallers, accounts, HR. Employees who only use their own payslip and leave pages, and one CA login, do not count.
What if I need more people than my plan includes?
Add users for ₹149 a month each on Starter (up to 10 users) or ₹129 on Growth (up to 40). Beyond that, Enterprise gives you volume pricing.
What if I have more payroll employees than my plan includes?
Extra employees are ₹15 a month each, up to 50 on Starter and 300 on Growth. Free covers 10 employees and Starter 25.
Why is annual cheaper?
Annual billing is two months free: Starter is ₹7,990 a year (₹666 a month) against ₹799 a month. Founding prices are annual only.
How do founding prices work?
For the first 200 businesses, or until 31 March 2027, Starter is ₹4,990 and Growth ₹14,990 for the first 12 months, then the regular annual price. Subscribe within 30 days of your free period ending to claim it.
What is the Launch Pass?
Once the founding places are gone, new businesses get 30 days of Growth features by setting up a UPI AutoPay mandate. You are charged nothing during the free period, your bank alerts you at least 24 hours before the first debit, and you can cancel any time in your UPI app. If you prefer not to set up a mandate, you start on Free.
Do you offer refunds?
You can cancel at any time and there is no long-term contract. The refund terms are on our refund policy page.
Do you offer discounts for CAs or accountants?
Yes. CAs get a free login and about 20% of first-year revenue from the clients they bring, paid on money we collect. Contact us to join the partner programme.
