This outline explains what we collect and why. NeutronX is operated for Indian businesses and we aim to follow the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect

Account details: name, email, phone number, business name, GSTIN or PAN (for the one-free-period check).
The business data you put into your workspace: leads, customers, invoices, payroll records.
Basic usage and device information to keep the service secure and fast.

How we use it

To run your workspace, secure it, support you, bill you and prevent misuse of the free offer. We do not sell personal data.

Isolation and security

Each workspace is isolated from every other at the database level. PAN and bank details of employees are stored encrypted.

AI providers

When you use AI features, the text needed to answer your request is sent to our AI model providers. [To confirm before launch: providers, data retention and training policy.]

Your rights
