Terms of service
These terms describe how NeutronX is offered. Prices are in Indian rupees and exclude 18% GST unless stated.
Your account
A workspace belongs to one business. The owner is responsible for the people they invite and for what is done in the workspace. Keep passwords private.
Plans and billing
Plans are priced per workspace, with the stated number of users included. Employees who only use their own pay pages, and one CA login, do not count as users. Annual plans are billed once a year; monthly plans every month. You can cancel at any time.
Founding 200 free period
- Open to the first 200 businesses or until 31 March 2027, whichever comes first.
- One free period per business, checked by GSTIN, PAN or business email domain.
- 60 days of Growth features, with up to 30 more days earned through activation steps (up to 90 in total).
- During the free period: up to 10 users and 100 payroll employees, with your plan's AI allowance; API and webhooks are rate-limited.
- At the end you choose a plan or move to Free. Your data is never deleted; anything over Free limits becomes read-only and can be exported.
- Founding prices apply to the first 12 months for annual plans taken within 30 days after the free period.
- Free days have no cash value and unused days do not carry over.
Acceptable use
You may not use NeutronX for spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, resale, or anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that do.
AI features
AI answers are generated from your own data and may contain mistakes. Check important figures before relying on them. Usage beyond your plan allowance needs an AI pack.
The WhatsApp Assistant and click-to-chat are included. WhatsApp Business API messages are billed per message by Meta; we sell prepaid credits at Meta's rate plus 20%.
